PII Claims User Guide

Attached to this article, you will find a helpful user guide to assist you with using the PII Claims Module on the Riliance system.
 
The PII Claims Module will act as a central location for firms to record and store all of their claims.

Users with access to the PII Claim Module will be able to link any complaints related to the claim, record the claim and set a task for seeking Insurer’s advice if necessary.

The PII Claims Module also has a Reporting Suite allowing you to review your entire claims register and produce useful Management Information.

Additionally, Riliance are happy to produce bespoke reports to review more specific Management Information. If you would like to request a bespoke report, please contact us at Riliance using the details below and we will be happy to discuss.
