Misconduct Reporting User Guide

Attached to this article, you will find a helpful user guide to assist you with using the Misconduct Module on the Riliance system.
 
The Misconduct Module will act as a central location for firms to record and store all of their allegations.

Users with access to the Misconduct Module will be able to record the misconduct, set and complete investigation tasks and record the Regulator’s response in conjunction with the allegation.

The Misconduct Module also has a Reporting Suite allowing you to review your entire misconduct register and produce useful Management Information.

Additionally, Riliance are happy to produce bespoke reports to review more specific Management Information. If you would like to request a bespoke report, please contact us at Riliance using the details below and we will be happy to discuss.
