Breach Reporting User Guide

Attached to this article, you will find a helpful user guide to assist you with using the Breach Reporting Module on the Riliance system.

The Breach Reporting Module will act as a central location for firms to record all of their breaches and associated remedial actions.

Users with access to the Breach Reporting Module will be able to record details of the breach and set a task for this to be reviewed by a Supervisor in order to determine whether this needs reporting.

Additionally, users with Supervisor access will also be able to record the materiality of the breach and set remedial actions if necessary.

The Breach Reporting Module also has a Reporting Suite allowing you to review your entire breach register and produce useful Management Information.

Additionally, Riliance are happy to produce bespoke reports to review more specific Management Information. If you would like to request a bespoke report, please contact us at Riliance using the details below and we will be happy to discuss.

If you have any questions at all, or would like any further assistance with completing a breach report, please do not hesitate to contact our Client Services Team on 01829731200. Or alternatively, you can email us at clientservices@riliance.co.uk
